Transfers - Depending on what kind of transfer you have booked, you may be met at the airport by one of our representitives who can answer all your questions and queries on the transfer as well as give you any pre-booked ski passes.
Accommodation - We will personally meet you on arrival and help you check in as well as answer any questions you have.
Ski Packs - We will hand deliver your ski passes to your group as well as assist with any ski rental and ski lesson requirements. We will be on hand to help you on your first day with ski rental and also at the ski school area to help you get settled in quickly.

Check in - Our office is situated at Via Rin 280-C which is 20 metres after the Hotel Cristallo and you will see our office on the right hand side of the street. On arrival you can collect the keys and also any lift passes you may have booked.

Option 1. You can do all of this direct on our website as everything has live availability. On the payment page you will have the option of paying a deposit or the full amount at the time of booking (unless within 30 days of arrival)
You will then receive a confirmation email and a booking receipt. You can then log into your booking on our website whenever you want to view your booking or add any extras on as well as make the final payment a few weeks before arrival.
Option 2. As another option, if you find it easier that we make the booking for you and after send you all the booking confirmations, simply send us an email what you would like to book and then we will put the room on hold for you. Then you can make a bank transfer to secure your booking. We have put our head office bank details below so you have them at hand should you prefer this option. Please note for bank transfers there may be charges from the banks which you would need to pay.
Option 3. Again we can make the booking for you and send you your vouchers and we will send you a secure payment link so you can pay the deposit by credit card.
